Hedgehogs

Hedgehogs are small mammals that have a coat of stiff, sharp spines. Their body length ranges from 5 to 12 inches and most weigh under 1.5 pounds. Hedgehogs can be considered as insectivores because their diet mainly consists of insects, although they also eat other animals listed below.
